Executive Administrative Assistant and Contract Specialist – Columbus, GA
Performs advanced and confidential secretarial duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of established policies and practices. Composes and prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and some complex inquiries. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. Assists in the negotiation and re-negotiation of company contracts to include, fee analysis, renewal timelines, credentialing and interacting at a higher level for negotiating, renewal and review. Prepare, monitors, and executes Provider Credentialing Applications for entire company and professional staff and facilities as applicable. Supervision of office personnel.
Experience: At least two years of secretarial or administrative assistant experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Negotiation and re-negotiation of company contracts required.
Education: Associate’s Degree or higher. Business school courses preferred.
Outside relationships: Maintains excellent working relationship with sources of referrals and patients.
