George M. McCluskey, Jr. PT, LAT
Title: Founder and Chairman Emeritus
Bio: George M. McCluskey is the founder of HPRC and the McCluskey Education & Research Foundation, Inc. He started his physical therapy practice in Columbus, Georgia, in 1955. Today, that privately owned company provides services in Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Mr. McCluskey founded his company with one idea in mind: to rebuild the body’s functional capability – to improve life, one patient at a time. Under Mr. McCluskey’s leadership the company was the recipient of the 1995 Practice Award from the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, and was named the Georgia Family Business of the Year in 1998. The National Small Business Council of America honored Mr. McCluskey in 1997 by naming him Small Business Person of the Year.
Brian S. McCluskey, Ph.D
Title: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Bio: Brian McCluskey, Ph.D. is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HPRC, joining the company in 1989. He received his B.A. degree in Physical Education from Furman University in 1984 and his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University in 1994. Dr. McCluskey also serves as Chairman of the McCluskey Education and Research Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization promoting the advancement of knowledge in the health sciences. He is a member of numerous civic and academic/educational organizations and boards. A native of Columbus, GA, he and his wife, Lynn, reside in Columbus with their three children. Outside of his work at HPRC, Dr. McCluskey is a high school community coach for the varsity football team at Brookstone School, and he is a founding partner in a software firm developing applications for coaches.
Patrick D. Graham, PT, MBA
Title: President and Chief Operating Officer
Bio: Patrick Graham, PT, is a licensed Physical Therapist and is President and Chief Operating Officer of HPRC. He has been employed with HPRC since 1990. He received his B.S. degree in Physical Therapy in 1989 from Medical College of Georgia, and earned his MBA degree from Kennesaw State University in 1996. His specialties and interests are in orthopedics, spine rehabilitation and industrial rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and serves as Vice President, Board of Directors, APTA, and also belongs to the APTA Health Policy and Administration Section. He lives with his wife, Susan, and their family in Columbus, GA, and hobbies include hunting, football and photography.
Joyce M. Duncan
Title: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Bio: Joyce Duncan is Chief Financial Officer and has been employed with HPRC since 1990. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting in 1973 from Auburn University. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). She lives with her husband, Mike, in Columbus, GA. She enjoys family activities and reading.
Henry F. McRae, OTR/L
Title: Corporate Director and Chief Compliance Officer
Bio: Henry McRae, OTR is a licensed Occupational Therapist and is Corporate Director of Therapy Services at The Medical Center, Columbus, GA. He is also the Compliance Officer for HPRC. He has been employed with HPRC since 1972. He received his B.S. in Occupational Therapy in 1971 from University of Florida and prior to that in 1964 received an A.A. degree from Central Florida Community College. He also attended the University of Hawaii and New York University. His interest is administration. He is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Georgia Occupational Therapy Association, Alabama Occupational Therapy Association and NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.) He lives with his wife, Sharon, and family in Columbus, GA. His hobby is motorcycling.
Casey Chesser PHR
Title: Director, Human Resources
Bio: Casey Chesser is the Director of Human Resources for HPRC and has been employed since February 2012. In 2007, she received her B.B.A. degree in Management from Columbus State University. She is a member of the Columbus Area and National SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Chapters. Casey lives with her husband, Wes, and children in Columbus, GA, and enjoys being a baseball mom and spending time with her family and friends.
