Physical Therapist (PRN) - Home Health - Columbus, GA
Join the tradition of providing the highest quality in rehabilitation services! Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to restore function; prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; and help patients reach maximum performance levels. Plan therapy involving physical exercise, massage, heat, water, etc. Utilize various mechanical and electrical equipment and prosthetic and orthotic devices. Evaluate, record, and report on patient progress.
Patient Population Served: Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric
Experience: One-year of experience preferred.
Education: BS in physical therapy required, MS preferred, appropriate continuing education courses preferred.
Special qualifications: CPR certified, current state license required.
Outside relationships: Maintains excellent working relationship with sources of referrals and patients.
